SupportFund should work for every household — including yours.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the SupportFund website and member dashboard.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate cleanly.
  • Keyboard access on every interactive control, with visible focus.
  • Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA on all body text.
  • Alt text on informative images, and empty alt on decorative ones.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow at 200% zoom and on small screens.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (such as our payment provider's card form) are outside our direct control. We're working with our partners to improve them.

Enforcement

If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which enforces the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
