SupportFund is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. You'll need a valid email address, a UK bank card or debit account, and a residential postcode.
Membership is billed monthly at the price shown on Pricing when you sign up. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your membership stays active until the end of the current billing month.
A portion of every membership fee is added to the community fund. That fund is used to support other members through the claim categories published on How It Works. Community support is discretionary and awarded in line with our published rules.
Emergency and appliance claims are submitted from inside your member dashboard, not through the public contact form. We aim to review claims within two working days.
You can cancel at any time. We don't pro-rata refund part-months. If you cancel within 14 days of joining and haven't submitted a claim, you can request a full refund of that first payment.
Please don't submit false or misleading claims, share your account, or attempt to misuse the community fund. Doing so may end your membership without refund.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the membership fees you've paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email active members at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
