Eligibility Criteria

  • You are a serving British Army soldier, a veteran who completed basic training, or an immediate dependent (spouse, widow/widower, child).
  • You are in financial need as a result of injury, illness, age, or sudden hardship.

What this grant covers

  • Home adaptations and mobility equipment for injured veterans
  • Emergency rent arrears and housing deposit help
  • Essential household goods and clothing
  • Care home fee assistance and respite care

How to apply

Applications are submitted through your local Regimental Association, SSAFA, or the Royal British Legion caseworker network.
