Eligibility Criteria

  • You currently work in the UK grocery industry and have done so for at least 1 year continuously (or 5 years cumulative across your career).
  • Alternatively, you are a former grocery worker who retired or left due to ill health.
  • You are experiencing an unexpected life event causing severe financial hardship (e.g. bereavement, illness, sudden loss of income).

What this grant covers

  • Essential daily living costs and food vouchers
  • Rent or mortgage arrears prevention
  • Utility bill debts and emergency heating costs
  • Essential household appliances replacement

How to apply

Apply online via the GroceryAid website with proof of current or past employment (payslips/P60) and 3 months of bank statements.
