Eligibility Criteria

  • You work, or have worked, in the UK rail industry for at least 1 year continuously (train operating companies, Network Rail, supply chain contractors).
  • You are experiencing financial difficulty due to illness, injury, bereavement, relationship breakdown, or redundancy.

What this grant covers

  • Rent or mortgage arrears to prevent homelessness
  • Utility debts and emergency household energy bills
  • Children's essential clothing, school uniforms, and equipment
  • Home adaptation and medical expenses
