Eligibility Criteria

  • You are a current domestic ScottishPower customer.
  • You receive qualifying income-related benefits (such as Universal Credit, Pension Credit, or Income Support) or have a low household income.
  • You have spoken to an approved debt advice agency (such as StepChange or local Citizens Advice) to complete a budget sheet.

  • Direct balance adjustments to reduce or clear gas account debt
  • Direct balance adjustments to reduce or clear electricity account debt
