County councils receive crisis and resilience funding; district councils receive Housing Payment funding; unitary, metropolitan and London authorities receive both. A single scheme count across all 316 allocation recipients would mix those responsibilities and is not published.
Crisis and Resilience Fund allocations summed by official English region, calculated directly from the 316-authority allocation registry. Where a record's region cannot be resolved it is shown honestly as "Region not recorded" rather than estimated.
