Luton Council says the Crisis and Resilience Fund helps people on low incomes facing sudden money problems, runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 and replaces the Household Support Fund. Residents can apply for a Crisis Payment or a Housing Payment, and the council says applications to the fund will not affect benefit status. The council publishes separate application guidance.
