West Berkshire publishes Crisis Payments, Housing Payments, Resilience Services and Community Coordination, covering rent, energy, food, essential household items and other crisis needs. Housing Payments are applied for online, Crisis Payments and Heating Oil Payments use downloadable forms, and heating-oil support is paid in arrears against an oil delivery invoice.
