Portsmouth's Crisis and Resilience Fund provides Crisis Payments to low-income households experiencing an unexpected financial shock, and also offers Housing Payments and longer-term resilience services. Published Crisis Payment support includes cash payments, vouchers, essential items, help to keep warm, help to afford food and essential living costs. Telephone support is available for people unable to apply online.
