West Northamptonshire Council says the Crisis and Resilience Fund runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 and helps residents manage changes in their circumstances. The council publishes heating oil support, crisis support for sudden events causing urgent financial problems, resilience services including a benefits calculator, budgeting tools, free money and debt advice and energy and cost-saving advice, and an Easy Read version of its information.
