North Yorkshire states the Crisis and Resilience Fund is a three-year government-funded scheme replacing the Household Support Fund and Discretionary Housing Payments from 1 April 2026. The council says it is still designing the full programme, and that help continues in the meantime — including one-off Housing Payments.
