Liverpool City Council provides Crisis and Resilience Fund support for residents facing sudden financial crisis. The scheme includes crisis support for essential needs, help with housing costs, financial-resilience advice and connections to local support.

Who may qualify?

Applicants may be eligible where they are aged 16 or over, live in Liverpool, are on a low income, do not have enough money to cover essential needs and are facing a financial crisis. Applicants do not need to be receiving benefits to apply.
