Scheme status
Partially open — Leeds is still developing its dedicated Crisis Payment website and application arrangements. Residents in an emergency or crisis are currently directed to the existing Local Welfare Support Scheme for help with food, energy and essential household items. Housing Payments information is available separately.

Leeds City Council says its Crisis and Resilience Fund includes Crisis Payments, Housing Payments, Resilience Services and Community Coordination. Its dedicated Crisis Payment arrangements are still being developed; residents needing emergency support can currently seek help through the Local Welfare Support Scheme.
