Havering Council says the Crisis and Resilience Fund is used for emergency financial support, help with essential living costs and support for residents at risk of financial hardship or homelessness, with the Emergency Assistance Scheme remaining the main route for crisis support. Support is delivered with local partners including Citizens Advice Havering, Live Well Havering and Havering Food Alliance.
